What materials are used in the designs ?
14k Gold Fill
Gold Fill is not plated, it indicates jewellery with a thick layer of 14k solid gold, that has been pressure bonded over sterling silver.
925 Sterling Silver
Our silver pieces are made with 0.925 Sterling Silver, which is solid silver mixed with another metal.
18k Solid Yellow & Rose Gold
Solid gold is a precious metal, & indicates a piece that has been made 100% solid gold.
Platinum
Platinum is a precious metal, & is the most durable metal available, it has premium longevity. This metal is silver in colour.
How does shipping work ?
Estelar Fe partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide the best prices and the most interesting designs .
Because we ship from our partners on different contry, and we have a lot of demand your item may take 2-3 weeks to arrive .

How do i order ?
From desktop computer you can browse all categories using the navigation bar at the top. If you're on mobile ,the 3 lines in the left top left are the menu botton.
You can shop the item categories there as well. Then shop, add to card and checkout like normal.
What forms of payment do you accept ?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
Why was my credit card declined ?
Most credit cards are declined because declined because billing adress you entrered does not match the adress your bank has on file, incorrect CVV or wrong Zip Code. Please be sure to double check this info before proceeding. You can always try using different type of payment like paypal.
Can i edit my oorder ?
We do our best process and ship orders quicly as much as we can. Once the order is placed, unfortunately we can not make any changes.
I made a mistake in my shipping adress, can i fix it ?
Please send an email to: estelarfe1@gmail.com with subject:"wrong shipping adress", as soon as you can order to make a change to the shipping adress. Most of the orders will be processed and shipped quickly after you place order, so it's important for us to make any changes as soon as possible.
What if i need to return something ?
No worries! Contact us right away in this email: estelarfe1@gmail.com and we'll help guide you trough the process, we'll send you an email to send the item back in this cases:
-We can not accept Returns or Exchanges on custom or personalized orders.
-We can not accept returns items for hygiene reasons.
-All Sale items are final and can not be returned or exchanged.
